From Finance to Florida Real Estate
I didn’t start in real estate — I started in finance and accounting back in Minnesota. But the truth is, I was never much of a Minnesotan. The cold weather didn’t suit me, so I moved my family down to Florida and kept my old business running remotely for a few years.
When it came time to buy our first Florida home, I went through the process myself — and that experience sparked a new path. I realized that my financial background and detail-oriented approach were a natural fit for real estate.
As a Midwesterner, I bring the conservative values I was raised with into my business. I’m patient, steady, and not flashy or gimmicky. Over the past seven years, I’ve built a real estate practice dedicated to helping seniors, families, and out-of-state sellers make smooth transitions with confidence.
Local Expertise Where It Matters Most
I live in New Port Richey / Trinity, and I know these neighborhoods inside and out. I also work heavily in Spring Hill — it’s part of my backyard market and the bread and butter of my business.
If you’re buying or selling in Pasco or Hernando Counties, chances are I know your neighborhood, your market, and the challenges you may face.
What I Do for My Clients
I specialize in helping:
– Seniors who are downsizing or moving into assisted living
– Families managing estate sales or selling a longtime family home
– Out-of-state sellers who need a local Realtor they can trust
For many of my clients, the process feels overwhelming — cleanouts, repairs, estate sales, paperwork. That’s where I step in. In many cases, clients literally pack their bags, hand me the keys, and let me handle the rest.
A Recent Story
Sandra, a senior client, had lived in her home for more than 20 years. After a couple of falls, her family wanted her in assisted living quickly. She packed her bag and moved — and left me with the house.
Over the next few weeks, I coordinated everything: cleaners, painters, carpet repairs, a plumber, roofer, electrician, and even scheduled the estate sale. I kept her four out-of-state children updated every step of the way. The home sold quickly for top dollar in a slow market — a win for Sandra and her family.
That’s the kind of full-service help I provide.

How I Work
– Hands-On: I personally coordinate vendors, repairs, and cleanouts.
– Transparent: I offer clear pricing with three selling options.
– Supportive: I understand this isn’t just a transaction — it’s a life transition.
My philosophy is simple: It’s not about me — it’s about you. This is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and my job is to be a quiet driver, guiding the process so you feel supported and confident every step of the way.

A Bit More About Me
Outside of work, I’m a family guy. My 6-year-old son, Teddy, keeps me busy swimming and playing outdoors, and my 19-year-old daughter, Hannah, keeps me on my toes in her own way.
I also love golf — something I picked up young in my small hometown, where my dad taught me the game. These days, I work, spend time with family, and sneak in a round of golf when I can.
Let’s Talk
If you’re a senior looking to downsize, a family member helping your parent, or an out-of-state seller trying to figure out what to do next — you don’t have to do it alone.
